The first step to exchanging funds with us is to open an Account. Once you have submitted your application please email, fax or post us proof of ID and address. Without these we will be unable to proceed.

We offer two main exchange services. If you would like to exchange above £5000 or equivalent and wish to discuss your needs with an Account Manager, please select Larger Transfers on the form.

If you would like to transfer amounts between £100 and £10,000, FastPay – our online payment system – is the perfect solution. And if you would like to make use of both services tick both boxes.
