Caxton staff are working tirelessly to ensure that we’re providing support for our customers during these unprecedented times, especially towards the elderly and vulnerable. We realise that the self-isolation and lockdown regulations have made accessing food and other essential supplies more challenging.

As of today, ALL of our Caxton Card holders will be able to request a Caxton Secondary card for free. The secondary card will be connected to your personal Caxton account, which gives you the ability to load money and track account spending.

 

How to get your secondary card

 

1. Login to your Caxton Account

 

2. Click ‘Get a secondary card’ in the left hand menu

 

3. Complete the details of the secondary card holder, including name and date of birth. If you want them to have online access to view their balances and history, also add their email address.


4. The secondary card will be sent to your address (the primary cardholder), typically within 3-5 working days. You will need to activate the card online or via the Caxton app before it can be used.
