We’re open from 8.30am until 5.30pm for core functions, with changeable hours for customer-facing roles, and an hour for lunch. We ask you to dress in ‘smart-business’ attire from Monday to Thursday, with a more relaxed ‘business-casual’ vibe on Fridays.
Our Swindon team is smaller but perfectly formed, and spend minute by minute on the phones, email or social to our customers.

The International payments desk provides efficient, proactive account management to private clients, both through the online platform and over the phone. We deliver exceptional customer service, guiding our clients through the process and offering our tools available to help achieve the best exchange rate.
As the business sales team, we are responsible for all our business relationships. We analyse their risk management strategy and consider detailed hedging solutions to mitigate against foreign exchange volatility. We offer structured derivatives as well as more commonly used spot and forward contracts. Always providing the right solution for each business.
We serve both retail and corporate card clients, committed to delivering amazing customer service via telephony, social media channels, live chat, email communications and beyond. Clients are provided with the best possible service through all channels of communication. They are at the forefront of our minds at all times.

Diligent team which ensures Caxton stays on the right side of new and existing financial regulation, producing analysis to inform the Board of upcoming changes the business needs to respond to. We onboard new customers, checking their documentation and verifying their ID, making sure that they are properly identified and that we understand their needs prior to opening their account.
On occasions, we also liaise with law enforcement agencies to provide documentation and witness statements to assist with their enquiries.
We are responsible for all aspects of financial systems, process and control. We advocate continuous process improvement and maintain a robust control environment; enabling us to produce timely and accurate financial statements. We provide financial planning and analysis, utilising business intelligence to support and guide all areas of Caxton in their commercial decision making.
