London Headquarters & Swindon
Our new office is in the Gherkin, at 30 St Mary Axe. We’re right in the heart of the City, with a multitude of restaurants, bars, gyms, shops available on our doorstep.
We’re open from 8.30am until 5.30pm for core functions, with changeable hours for customer-facing roles, and an hour for lunch. We ask you to dress in ‘smart-business’ attire from Monday to Thursday, with a more relaxed ‘business-casual’ vibe on Fridays.
Our Swindon team is smaller but perfectly formed, and spend minute by minute on the phones, email or social to our customers.
Support & Training
As well as growing through your challenging roles, we believe in supporting our teams throughout their careers. Each employee has a company induction with all directors and a tailor made on-going training programme as part of their career development. We offer an annual bursary to those who wish to study a course or qualification from.
